These Terms & Conditions set the rules of using the Cosmapose website and our product services. Using our site or making your order, you sign an agreement to be under these terms.

Orders & Payments

  • Orders are on an availability basis, and confirmation of the price of the order.
  • Dispatch will be on payment made in advance, of which there are on-site payment modes.
  • We are entitled to decline or discount order requests at our own will.

Product Descriptions

  • We make our best effort to accurately represent every product we are selling on the Internet. We, however, do not guarantee that such descriptions are free of error, complete or up to date.
  • On-screen and actual product packaging, as well as physical appearance, can be different.

Returns & Refunds

At Cosmapose, we take utmost care in delivering quality products. However, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You receive a wrong item, a damaged product, or a defective item.

How to initiate a return:

  • Contact our support team via email within 2 days of delivery.
  • Share a clear unboxing video highlighting the issue.
  • Our team will verify and guide you through the next steps.

Return conditions:

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and the original invoice.
  • Upon verification, Cosmapose may choose to repair, replace, or refund the product at its discretion.
  • If the error is on our end, shipping costs for permissible returns will be fully borne by Cosmapose.

Non-Returnable Items

  • We are unable to accept returns due to a change of mind, second-hand items, or items that have been opened and used without fault.
  • Other promo items and any other custom items that have been labelled non-returnable on acquisition are not subject to returns.

Refund Timeline

Once your return request is accepted, we will process the refund/replacement within 10–12 working days.

Shipping & Delivery

  • All confirmed orders will be processed and dispatched within 5–8 working days from the date of order placement.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the location and courier partner. Customers will be notified with tracking details once the order has been shipped.

Limits on Liability

  • Under no circumstances will Cosmapose be responsible in terms of the indirect, incidental and consequential damages that may be accrued as a result of using its products or the delay of service.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and usage of your personal data.

Modifications to Terms

  • Cosmapose may change all these Terms & Conditions without notice at any point. Newer terms will start being operational on the day they are posted.

Governing Law

  • The laws of India shall govern and interpret these terms.
