Vishal Patel is not only an entrepreneur; he is a storyteller of Cosmapose because he has a business eye and understands his customers, whom he empathizes with tremendously about the skincare. His interest is in developing science-based and high-performance formulations that transcend the surface of beauty to really change the health of the skin.
Vishal has gained experience of more than 16 years in the international skin-health market, having been associated with global brands like Galderma, Nestle Skin Health and Akosma Inc. This trip provided him with a deep insight into the science of dermatology, product development and the international norms of skincare.
In contrast to most people who consider cosmetics as a means of covering flaws, Vishal believes that skincare should be efficient, transparent and nutritious. As a person with personal experience of skin sensitivity and the disappointment about poorly working products, he envisaged a brand with skin-first-clean-clinical-confidence-driven. The vision led to Cosmapose, a brand that was founded on the slogan of Confidence-First Skincare.
Vishal is an explorer, an inquisitive and scientifically accurate product developer. All Cosmapose formulations evoke his faith in simplicity, honesty and effectiveness. To him, skincare is not about concealing imperfections, but instead it is about making the skin healthier with a drop-by-drop approach.
Responsibilities at Cosmapose:
- New Product Development (NPD): Leading the way in innovation in clean and clinical skincare formulations.
- Scientific Preparation: Making sure that every product is dermatologically tested and scientifically validated.
- Strategic Planning: Developing brand vision and business growth strategies that work over longer periods of time.
- Marketing Strategy: The creation of campaigns that bridge science and consumer faith.
- Technical Knowledge: Manage the quality of formulations, source of ingredients, and international standards.

Bakul Gohil
Behind each of these power brands, there is a person who ensures that all things go well – in the case of Cosmapose, the role is played by Bakul Gohil. Bakul, as Co-Founder, contributes unparalleled commitment to the backbone of the operation of the company.
He is in charge of operations in the warehouse and dispatch, where all the products leaving Cosmapose are taken care of and delivered to the customer in time. Bakul takes care of the day-to-day operations of the brand by monitoring the finished goods handling and stock management, to office and employee management.
Bakul is a specialist who sees things big and adores detail. He is convinced that the tiniest procedure, such as packing, checking of stocks or team coordination, is significant in aiding the Cosmapose promise of trust and quality.
